
The guest count and style of your event will help your event planner determine the service staff you need. We require a minimum of four hours per event for service staff.
$25 per hour for the following services, minimum four hours.
- French Service
1 server per 10 guests

- Plated Meals
1 server per 15 guests

- Buffet Style
1 server per 25 guests

- Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
1 server per 30 guests

- Bar Service
1 bartender per 75 guests

- Additional service
- 1 captain per 100 guests $40 per hour
- 1 on site cook per 100 guests $40 per hour
- 1 houseman per 100 guests (for set up/scullery) $25 per hour
- 1 carving station per 75 guests $150 per station, for four hours
- Cake cutting service $2.00 per guests
